Staff immediately upgraded us to a Jr. suite on check-in, wow!
All good.

Went here on off season - super quiet and just what was needed for a quick out-of-town getaway. The staff and facilities were top notch. The lobby had nice Holiday decorations, good for picture taking. I'd definitely come back and stay here in the future. ...read more

It smelled very good when you walked it, lobby area was inviting.
The elevator was dirty when we got there and the same way when we left. kind of ruined the nice first impression we had.

Try to stay on the 4th floor if you want a peek a boo view of the ocean. You may get a room with one. The hotel is to far back, of course hear the ocean, but it is right on the river going through town. It still felt relaxing and calm. The lobby staff was very friendly. ...read more

The breakfast was incredible! We will definitely return to Holiday Inn Express.

The room was fine; the only complaint was a little mildew on the hem of the shower curtain...ew. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the public facilities were very spacious and easy to use. The best part, though, was breakfast! On this trip, we stayed in half a dozen different hotels and motels for about the same price. This Holiday Inn was TERRIFIC by comparison. Comfortable beds, fun pool, killer breakfast. Only one other hotel (much pricier by rack rate but I got a great deal) compared. Stay here and you won't be disappointed. ...read more
